For data protection reasons, we have replaced the previous patient record system with the new patient portal. Through the portal, you can access your patient record—including complete documentation—as well as all relevant documents (prescriptions, referrals, and reports). In compliance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), your patient record can be downloaded and printed in three different formats. The portal is available in five languages. If you already had a patient record with us, you can use your existing login credentials to access the new portal; your previous records have been retained. We have invested significant effort into developing this portal to safeguard your health data against unauthorized access, and we will continue to expand it and add further useful features.

From July 31 to August 4 and from September 2 to September 6 the office remains closed. Only remote consultations can be done. You can request a video consultation by email. If you are a new patient, please give us name, last name, date of birth phone number and e-mail address. We will contact you as soon as possible to give you an appointment.

Our new e-prescriptions are valid in all European Union and Switzerland. They can be validated by any pharmacy. In case of repetitive prescriptions every use of the prescription will be marked until the prescription becomes “unvalid”.

ONLINE SERVICES

Refill prescriptions and referrals can be requested via our booking platform without an appointment 365 days 24 hours. The fee is €45. New prescriptions and documents for new patients require a consultation (in person or online). Medical certificates (e.g. driving licence or work) cannot be issued without consultation and have different costs! Outside the working hours it the elaboration of your request may take more time. The service “documents without prescriptions” doesn’t replace a medical consultation in case of sickness. It’s not possible to describe symptoms and get a prescription without an appointment!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
BOOKED APPOINTMENTS NEED TO BE CANCELLED IN TIME , LATEST 8 HOURS BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME, SO THAT OTHER PATIENTS GET THE POSSIBILITY TO TAKE THE APPOINTMENT.
IN CASE OF A MISSING CANCELLATION WITHOUT A GOOD REASON A CANCELLATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED UP TO THE COMPLETE CONSULTATION RATE. APPOINTMENTS CAN BE CANCELLED THROUGH THE LINK IN THE CONFIRMATION E-MAIL.

LAB DIAGNOSTICS

TAKING BLOOD SAMPLES IN THE DOCTOR’S OFFICE

Now you can make your bloodwork or a swab within your appointment directly at the doctor’s office and don’t need to go to a lab. The samples are picked up by the lab staff between 11.30 am and 12 pm from Monday to Friday. Depending on the measured values the samples can be taken also in the afternoon or evening and on Sunday. For many tests you get the results already the same evening or the following day by e-mail. We also do blood withdrawal for children. When booking the appointment please write which blood test you wish to do.

For patients who suffer from frequently recurring urinary tract infections (inflammation of the bladder and kidneys), we offer treatment with a specific vaccination. The bacterial strains most commonly responsible for cystitis are supplied in an inactivated form, so that the immune system can react more quickly and effectively if it comes into contact with the germs again and can prevent an infection. EAR CANAL CLEANING

We carry out a particularly gentle and painless cleaning of the ear canal with a three-dimensional system in case of a blockage caused by earwax or foreign body. The earwax or foreign body are washed around by the water without the risk of damaging the eardrum. The method is also suitable for children.

TELEMEDICINE SERVICES

VIDEOCONSULTATION

Suitable for any medical problem that does not require a direct physical examination. 30 minuters are scheduled for any video consultation. It includes the collection of the medical history and the current symptoms, creation of a (suspected) diagnosis and the recommendation of a therapy or further diagnostics. At the end of the virtual consultation, documents such as prescription, referral and medical certificates will be issued directly on the platform and also send by email.
If you do not have time to come to the practice a second time, we can also discuss your results in a video in a video consultation or by phone.

CHAT CONSULTATION

This is a less expensive type of consultation suitable for simple, everyday medical problems or short questions about health issues. Consultation via chat provides for a brief exchange of questions and information between doctors and patient leading to a suspected diagnosis and therapy recommandation. The doctor reserves the right to refuse this type of consultation for medical or legal reaons when it would lead to a risk for the patient.

DISCUSSION OF EXAMINATION RESULTS

Discussion of test results via video or telephone.
If you do not have time to come to the practice a second time, we can also discuss your results in a video in a video consultation or by phone.
